When you place an order with RMPrint.com, you are creating a contract to purchase goods & services based on these terms and conditions.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change. If the price of an order fluctuates in any way, we will contact you before we print.

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, therefore please tell us within 7 days of delivery if you discover a printing defect. You can reach out to us by calling 250-426-3032 or send an email to print@rmprint.com with your issue. All return and refund requests will be subject to review and will be determined on a case by case basis. When you order from RMPrint, you're asking us to spend money on materials and labour to make a product that will only be used by you. We are unable to refund money on orders that have already commenced production due to this special relationship.

If RMPrint makes a printing error, you will have the choice of having your order reprinted or having your payment returned. Reprints will be of the same artwork as the original, with printing faults addressed, and will be produced as quickly as feasible.

Shipping

All of our products are available for delivery to Canadian addresses. You can also choose local pickup if you live in the neighbourhood. We use a variety of shipping carriers, including Canada Post, UPS, FedEx and local couriers. We determine which carrier to use based on a variety of factors such as products purchased, shipping address, size/weight and delivery speed selected. We are unable to adjust the shipping method or speed once an order has been dispatched. All shipments are F.O.B., which means that once the shipment leaves our facility, responsibility and ownership of the items is transferred from RMPrint to you (the customer). Once your purchase has been picked up by the carrier, you undertake all risk of loss in shipping and all liability for delay, loss, or damage, whether directly or indirectly.

Damage or Delay During Shipping

As responsibility is moved from RMPrint to you (the customer) once the shipment leaves our office, RMPrint won't be liable for deferrals or harm caused during shipping and won't be obligated for cases of loss of business or any harms because of delivery delays or for harm caused in delivery. In the event that you wish to buy insurance for your shipment, you should inform RMPrint ahead of time and pay the full expense of this protection.

Pickup

We offer pickup at our Cranbrook office during regular business hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 4:30pm.

Colour Fluctuation on Digital Printing

Many factors influence the appearance of colours, including the paper, coating, lamination, and printing procedure. On an electronic PDF, these variables cannot be adequately displayed or mimicked. Your printed product's colour will differ from the colour displayed on a computer screen. You are acknowledging and accepting these limits when you submit a PDF.

Estimated Production Time

Our production timeframes are based on our business days and operating hours, which are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding holidays. The time it takes to ship an order is not included in the production time. Please make sure that your delivery options meet your deadline based on the projected manufacturing time.

Change or Cancel Orders in Production

We cannot amend, speed up, or cancel your order once it goes into production, so please allow extra time to meet your deadline. If you have a tight deadline, we recommend choosing Local Pickup over Shipping to avoid delays once your order leaves our facility.

What can delay your order

To meet your deadline, RMPrint will make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. Here are a few possible reasons for your order being placed on hold or delayed:
  • Your artwork does not match the size of the product you requested.
  • Your artwork is in a low-resolution format.
  • Within the vital trim area of your artwork, there is information that might be clipped off.
  • Bleed trim is not included in your artwork.
Prepare your files according to the file standards we give online to avoid delays. Before placing an order, you can always contact us with any queries or specific requests; we will be pleased to assist you.

What we check on your file

Your files will be reviewed by RMPrint to confirm that they meet the technical requirements for printing. We'll make sure your files are sent in the correct size, colour mode, and with any special inks or finishes. We'll also double-check that no sensitive information is in a vital trim zone, and that the artwork assets you provided match what you purchased.

What we don’t check on your file

Once you have submitted your file you are implying you have approved the content for print and the file meets the standards published on our website. We'll look over your files to make sure they fulfil technical standards, but we won't look at the overall design, layout, or font size. We are not responsible for any errors in spelling, punctuation, or date correctness. Before placing a purchase, make sure to look through your artwork thoroughly.

Graphic Design Service

We will confirm the amount of design required after we have evaluated all of your directions to ensure it falls within the specified time frame, or we will explain why it will cost extra. Based on the clarity and direction of your design project, our production manager will provide you with a final estimate. Simply confirm your agreement of this estimate so we can move forward with your assignment. All design, layout, and typesetting work is billed in 15-minute increments. Graphic design time is non-refundable once we have started any work due to the nature of the service given.

Storing your files

Keep a backup of any file you upload to RMPrint.com because we do not necessarily archive every file. If your files are lost, we will not be liable for any claims of damages or loss of business.

What you can’t print

RMPrint does not censor our clients' artwork, but we will not print illegal content.

Privacy and Personal Information

When you create an account and place an order with RMPrint, we will need to know certain details about you. This information is gathered in a variety of ways, including when you provide personal data, when you upload files, when we collect data from your usage of our website, and when cookies are used. Here is a list of what RMPrint may collect about you:
